Hi, I’m Moses Perez, owner and lead inspector at Keystone Inspections LLC, based in Wetumpka, Alabama. With a background in residential construction and professional training under an experienced home inspector and structural engineer, I bring a deep understanding of both how homes are built—and how they hold up over time.
That foundation gives me a unique perspective when inspecting homes. I don’t just look for surface-level issues—I know where problems often start, and I’m trained to catch the signs early. After completing hundreds of inspections throughout Central Alabama, I’ve developed a thorough, detail-oriented approach that helps clients feel confident in their decisions.
